These terms govern your use of the dailyRushes website (https://dailyrushes.store) and any products, scripts, plugins or tools made available through it. By using this site or downloading any product, you agree to these terms.
1. Products & Licences
Free products are provided under a personal-use licence. You may install and use them on any number of your own workstations. You may not redistribute, resell or repackage free products as your own.
Paid products are provided under a single-user licence unless stated otherwise on the product page. One purchase covers one individual user. Site or team licences are available on request.
All products remain the intellectual property of dailyRushes. Purchasing a product grants you a licence to use it, not ownership of its source code.
2. Payments & Refunds
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the product page. Payment is processed at the time of purchase.
Because digital products can be used immediately after download, refunds are not offered as standard. If a product is faulty or does not work as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will either resolve the issue or offer a refund at our discretion.
3. Product Compatibility
Products are designed for the version of DaVinci Resolve stated on the product page. We cannot guarantee compatibility with future versions of DaVinci Resolve, other host applications, or with the free edition of DaVinci Resolve unless explicitly stated.
We make reasonable efforts to update products when new versions of DaVinci Resolve are released, but this is not guaranteed.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any product beyond what is permitted by law
- Share, redistribute or make available any paid product to others
- Use the site or its products for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. dailyRushes does not warrant that any product will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with your specific setup. You are responsible for ensuring your system meets the stated requirements.
dailyRushes is not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.
6. Updates & Changes
We may update products from time to time. Free updates are provided where stated on the product page. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We may update these terms at any time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
7. Account & Downloads
If the site requires an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. We are not responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
8. Third-Party Software
DaVinci Resolve is a product of Blackmagic Design. dailyRushes is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Blackmagic Design in any way.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
